MARKETING COORDINATOR
We are looking for a dedicated, driven and hands-on Marketing Coordinator to join us.
As the Marketing Coordinator, you will play a key role in developing and implementing marketing strategies and campaigns that drive traffic and sales, strengthen brand awareness, attract new clients, and engage our existing audience. You are proactive and ready to support the field sales team- occasionally joining customer visits or organizing on-site events. You will collaborate closely with the Nordic Marketing Manager and Managing Director, as well as cross-functional teams including the Global Marketing Team, to ensure all activities align with company goals and values. Picadeli Finland’s office is located in Kivikko, Helsinki.
Main Responsibilities:
Brand & Campaign Execution:
Execute brand and commercial campaigns in line with global and Finnish priorities.
Content Creation & Production:
Create, adapt and produce marketing materials across digital, social, in-store and event channels using creative tools.
Digital, Social & Influencer Marketing:
Plan and execute organic and paid digital campaigns, including influencer collaborations, to drive awareness, engagement and foot traffic.
In-store & Retail Presence:
Coordinate POS materials and in-store execution to ensure strong visibility and brand impact at Picadeli Salad Bars.
Events, Fairs & Activations:
Coordinate and execute events, fairs and local activations together with the sales team.
Partnerships & Agencies:
Coordinate collaborations with local agencies, influencers and partners to maximize campaign impact.
Product Launch & Assortment Support:
Support local execution of product launches and assortment changes in line with HQ food strategy.
Budget, KPIs & Follow-up:
Manage/track marketing budget, track KPIs and follow up on campaign and assortment performance.
WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Do you have creative attitude, innovative mindset and probelm-solving abilities? Do you have experience from FMCG, grocery retail or equialent business/industry and wants to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment? Wow, you must be the one!
Qualifications:
Outgoing personality and a passion for making an impact
3+ years of experience in marketing based roles
Strong understanding of digital marketing trends and tools
Experience in FMCG, grocery retail, or similar industries is a plus
Creative, innovative, and problem-solving mindset
Hands-on, fast-paced, and sales-oriented approach
Analytical skills and ability to work collaboratively
It’s a plus if you have background working with programs like Adobe Creative cloud (or similar)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
